Job Description - Virtual Sales Specialist


Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Engage health care providers through approved virtual channels, including phone and email.

  • Deliver approved product and disease-state information in a compliant manner.

  • Build and maintain professional relationships with HCPs through meaningful virtual interactions.

  • Promote product awareness by providing relevant educational information and resources.

  • Accurately document customer interactions and activities within Salesforce CRM or other designated systems.


 


Requirements: 


  • High school specialist healthcare diploma, BSc/BA preferred

  • 2-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare-related sales

  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills

  • Experience using CRM systems and maintaining accurate customer record

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment


Note: Onsite & Night Shift Schedule (9 pm - 6 am)
