Three Peaks International is a Sydney based staffing solutions partner which provides local and virtual staffing solutions to Australian businesses through outsourcing, recruitment, and migration.

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Paid Advertising Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimising our paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms. This role is crucial in driving our e-commerce growth and ensuring a high return on investment (ROI) for our advertising spend.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead paid advertising strategies on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform ad strategies.
• Optimize ad campaigns to improve performance metrics.
• Provide detailed performance reports and actionable insights.
• Conduct A/B testing for continual improvement.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with teams to align ad strategies with goals.
• Efficiently manage advertising budgets for maximum ROI.
• Mentor junior team members as needed.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in Australian digital marketing agencies.
• Proven success with Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Proficiency in using advertising platforms and tools, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Facebook Business Manager.
• Deep understanding of ad metrics, performance tracking, and reporting (e.g., CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Passion for digital marketing and continuous learning.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with other advertising platforms such as LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, or programmatic advertising.
• Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications.
• Experience in managing large advertising budgets and high-volume campaigns.
• Knowledge of SEO and its integration with paid advertising strategi
