Visual Design Expert

PURPOSE

To deliver high-quality, brand-compliant visual design solutions while driving capability development, AI adoption, and process excellence within the Visual Design Services team. The role serves as a senior individual contributor with a global mindset, supporting both creative delivery and operational stability.

YOUR TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver complex creative assets ensuring high quality and brand compliance


• Manage end-to-end collaboration with global stakeholders, including requirements clarification and feedback management


• Perform advanced quality reviews and adapt materials delivered by external agencies


• Act as trainer and enabler, supporting onboarding and upskilling of team members


• Champion AI-supported creative solutions and video/animation best practices


• Own and continuously improve selected creative processes at GBS level, driving innovation and standardization


• Support leadership with operational topics, reporting, and KPI-related activities


• Act as a back-up for team leadership when required


• Perform other tasks assigned by the R-Manager

Scope

• Advanced visual design delivery across digital, print, web, video, animation, and motion


• Global stakeholder collaboration and agency interaction


• Quality assurance and adaptation of externally delivered assets


• Team enablement through training, onboarding, and knowledge sharing


• Process ownership and innovation at GBS level


• Support of operational, reporting, and leadership-related activities

WHO YOU ARE

Education: Degree in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent professional experience

Language: English proficiency at C1 level

Professional Skills

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills


• Advanced visual design expertise across digital and print channels


• Proven experience in video, animation, or motion design


• Experience working in international or global team environments

Technical Skills

• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)


• Experience with video and animation tools (e.g., Premiere, After Effects)


• Strong interest and hands-on exposure to AI, video, and animation capabilities

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI image, video, and audio generation tools


• Experience with Canva


• Experience with CMS and content tools (eWizard, Website Factory)
