Voice and Email Client Support

Account specific roles and responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries on orders, return, purchases etc. via call, live chat and email           
• Provide troubleshooting guide to customers based on knowledge base process           
• Attend to voicemail and do outbound calls to answer pending queries   

Job Description 

• Provides customer support through different communication channels (Phone, email, chat). 
• Resolve issues & accommodate customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction with products or services. 
• Collaborate with colleagues and different departments to resolve complex issues 
• Maintain accurate records on customer interactions, transaction, feedback, etc. 

• At least 6 months BPO experience
• Ability to multitask (Calls and Emails)
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong
• Amenable working night shift
