Job Description - Voice Client Engagement Agent

Position Summary

The Voice Client Engagement Agent is responsible for engaging prospective clients through outbound telephone outreach, handling transfers from AI-powered voice agents, qualifying prospects, answering questions, and scheduling appointments for Entrepreneur's Source coaches. This role combines voice communication with LinkedIn outreach and appointment generation.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls using the company's Convoso dialing platform.
  • Contact prospective clients from resumes, surveys, AI-generated leads, referrals, and other lead sources.
  • Receive and manage live transfers from AI Voice Agents.
  • Answer prospect questions and build rapport while qualifying interest.
  • Schedule Initial Consultation (IC) appointments for TES coaches.
  • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter to support outreach efforts and engage prospects through InMail when appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate records within company CRM systems and booking platforms.
  • Meet or exceed established productivity goals for outbound calls, conversations, appointments scheduled, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Manage multiple coach accounts while maintaining high-quality customer experience.
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve call scripts, AI workflows, and overall appointment conversion.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years call center experience required.
  • Outbound sales and/or outbound appointment setting experience required (minimum 1 year preferred).
  • LinkedIn Recruiter or LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Strong conversational sales skills.
  • Comfortable handling live customer conversations and overcoming objections.
  • Ability to manage multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English.
  • Positive attitude, coachable mindset, and willingness to continuously improve.
