Job Description - VP HR (Real Estate & Manufacturing)

The Vice President of Human Resources (VP HR) will be a strategic leader responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the company, specifically in the areas of talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, and compensation. The VP HR will also provide strategic leadership by articulating HR needs and plans to the executive management team, shareholders, and the board of directors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience , with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the real estate or manufacturing industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive organizational change and foster a high-performance culture.
  • Deep understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Leadership:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the business objectives of the company.
  • Partner with executive leadership to drive organizational performance through effective people strategies.
  • Lead and manage the HR team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and development.
  • Talent Acquisition and Management:
  • Oversee talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain high-caliber talent.
  • Develop and implement succession planning processes to ensure leadership continuity.
  • Enhance the company’s recruitment brand to become an employer of choice in the real estate manufacturing industry.
  • Organizational Development:
  • Drive organizational development initiatives that foster a high-performance culture.
  • Implement and manage comprehensive training and development programs.
  • Lead change management initiatives to support business transformation and growth.
  • Employee Relations and Engagement:
  • Promote a culture of engagement and inclusion, ensuring a positive employee experience.
  • Address and resolve complex employee relations issues in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Implement strategies to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Compensation and Benefits:
  • Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain talent.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits.
  • Conduct regular benchmarking and market analysis to maintain competitive pay structures.
  • Compliance and Risk Management:
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support the business and employees.
  • Oversee HR risk management practices and ensure effective handling of employment-related claims.

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Manufacturing Industry: 1 year (Required)
  • Real Estate Industry: 3 years (Required)
