Your Opportunity:

This role will lead the VP of Operations for our subsidiary in the Philippines, reporting to the PH CEO and working closely with our CEO and the Leadership Team in Paris. You will oversee all processes, programs, and operational systems in the Philippines, and take ownership of the successful rollout of operational excellence initiatives and continuous improvement actions.

Your Responsibility:

 Operational Excellence

• Set the strategic direction and vision for operational excellence for our Network Research team (60 people and growing) in the PH 

• Take the lead in the training of operations leaders and teams as a strategic pillar in performance excellence 

• Own the strategic efforts to establish, implement and comply with standard operating procedures 

• Collaborate with the other management leaders in the PH and Paris to help scale the operations in PH 

• Analyze operational results with KPI, Dashboard to come up with improvements and initiatives 

• Work closely with the PH Leadership team, as well as Paris team to support our scale globally

Processes and Systems 

• Device and implement policies and systems to track productivity in order to ensure team member efficiency and rigor 

• Suggest and implement strategies innovate and improve standards, processes and training as the Dedale grows in the region 

• Evaluate all existing operational systems to determine their effectiveness and efficiency and identify

Your Qualifications:

• Strong track record of operational leadership and delivering measurable results 

• 7–10+ years of experience in top-tier management consulting 

• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience leading business growth or expansion 

• Smart and strategic, but a real hands-on operator  

• Clear, effective communicator with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills 

• Solid understanding of business strategy, digital transformation, and change management 

• Comfortable working independently in fast-paced environments with a sense of urgency 

• Experienced in building and developing high-performing teams 

• Data-driven, with strong analytical and decision-making skills 

• Able to deliver impact quickly
