As the IT Vulnerability & Compliance Supervisor is the guardian of the organization's digital ecosystem. You will responsible for maintaining 100% inventory accuracy so that vulnerability scanning and patching programs have no blind spots; for monitoring security vulnerabilities end-to-end through full remediation; for overseeing change requests that affect the asset and security landscape; and for tracking audit action items to closure  —  ensuring timely resolution within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). In addition, the role will be responsible for delivering IT Asset management services required in the  Computer Lifecycle Management and contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world. You will work closely with Information Technology Team to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.

To Succeed in this Role, we need someone who:

  IT Asset Management (ITAM) principles and lifecycle governance

  
  


• 
  

  Vulnerability management frameworks and scanning tools (Qualys,  CrowdStrike)

  
  


• 
  

  Discovery and inventory tools (Manage Engine Asset Explorer, CMDB)

  
  


• 
  

  Security compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO 27001)

  
  


• 
  

  Data reconciliation and large-dataset analysis for orphan device detection

  
  


• Software license management and shadow IT identification

What You Will Need:

Education & Experience:

• 
  

  Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or any 4-year related course

  
  


• 
  

  At least 5 years' experience in IT Asset Management 

  
  


• 
  

  Leadership :At least 2 years' experience in a supervisory or lead capacity overseeing IT or security compliance functions

  
  


• At least 2 years' experience managing cross-functional remediation or compliance improvement projects.

Technical / Functional Skills:

• 
  

  Certifications: referred (not required): ITIL Foundation (IT Service Management)
