Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor (Adhesives)

Our brand, Lennor Metier Consulting, a DOLE-licensed headhunting and recruitment agency in the Philippines, is proud to partner with a global specialty chemicals and industrial solutions company in their search for a Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor based in Silang, Cavite.

Salary Range: ₱50,000 - ₱60,000 (gross)

Work Setup: Onsite 

Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Location: Silang, Cavite

The role

The Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient receiving, storage, inventory management, and dispatch of goods. The role supports compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements while leading warehouse personnel to achieve operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and workplace safety.

Your Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.


• Monitor inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock reconciliation activities.


• Ensure timely and accurate processing of inbound and outbound shipments using ERP and warehouse management systems.


• Enforce compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable regulatory requirements including PEZA, DOLE, OSH, and environmental regulations.


• Assist in maintaining warehouse SOPs and ensure consistent implementation of operational procedures.


• Support warehouse audits, inspections, and compliance reviews by preparing required documentation and records.


• Coordinate import and export shipment activities and documentation with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transport providers.


• Monitor warehouse space utilization and ensure proper storage and handling of materials, including chemical products where applicable.


• Supervise warehouse personnel, assign daily tasks, and monitor team productivity and performance.


• Conduct training and orientation programs for warehouse staff on operational procedures, safety practices, and compliance requirements.


• Investigate inventory discrepancies and operational issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.


• Track warehouse KPIs and recommend process improvements to enhance productivity, accuracy, and service levels.


• Coordinate maintenance of warehouse equipment and ensure operational readiness of facilities and material handling equipment.


• Ensure proper housekeeping and implementation of health, safety, and environmental standards within the warehouse.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.


• At least 4–6 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory capacity.


• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and materials management.


• Experience using ERP systems and warehouse management systems (WMS).


• Knowledge of import/export processes and shipment documentation.


• Familiarity with PEZA operations and compliance requirements is preferred.


• Certified electric forklift operator is an advantage.


• Experience coordinating with freight forwarders and transport providers.


• Strong leadership, team supervision, and people management skills.


• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.


• Experience in chemical manufacturing, specialty chemicals, or related industries is an advantage.


• Knowledge of environmental, health, and safety regulations is an advantage.
