Warehouse Consultant

We are hiring a Warehouse Consultant to evaluate and improve warehouse operations for a facility in Laguna. This role focuses on streamlining inventory management, optimizing layout and workflows, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. The ideal candidate brings expertise in warehouse systems, process improvement, and logistics strategy to help enhance overall supply chain efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess current warehouse setup, operations, and inventory controls.
• Recommend and implement improvements in layout, storage, and material flow.
• Optimize receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch procedures.
• Introduce or upgrade Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and train staff.
• Create and enforce SOPs to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Provide solutions to reduce operational costs and increase accuracy.

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
• At least 5 years’ experience in warehouse management or consultancy.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse KPIs, inventory control, and lean logistics.
• Experience with ERP/WMS platforms.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
