Warehouse Manager (Industrial Engineering) - Open budget

Job Summary

Organizes warehouse, performs effective receiving and related activities in specific area of operations, including merchandise and non-merchandise inventory, accurate recording and documentation. Storage safety and security of merchandise. Staff management, discipline and training. Administers health protocol. Submit reports required by the Management. Management of warehouse supplies and improvement of warehouse system and procedures as well as coordinating and administering operational programs to meet KRAs and expectations of internal and external customers and especially the Management.

Qualifications :

• Must be a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
• Has good English/communication skills.
• At least 5 years of experience as Warehouse Manager or related role.
• Has experience working in the retail industry.

Job Objectives/Key Responsibilities :

Warehouse Operations Management

• Efficiency in the Receiving and Allocation Process.
• Proper monitoring of the eCommerce Process.
• Accurate tracking of returns and damages
• Manage Warehouse budget.

Inventory Management

• Ensuring accurate inventory monitoring of warehouse, eCommerce and Damaged Inventory

Storage Management

• Proper sectioning and labeling of the warehouse facility
• Exploration of other options for storage
• Ensure safety of personnel
• Ensure goods are secured.
• Proper maintenance of the warehouse facility

Employee Management

• Ensure all warehouse personnel perform their jobs well through proper orientation, coaching and training.
• Ensure a safe and conducive work environment.

Service Management

• Ensure all stakeholders, internal and external customers are supported.
• Guarantee all reports and deliverables are given on time.

Sale Support

• Ensure all store requirements are processed quickly and accurately.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php70,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Education:

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• Warehouse Manager or similar capacity: 7 years (Preferred)
• retail industry: 3 years (Preferred)
