Warehouse Material Staff l Planning

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Document and encode all raw materials (RM), packaging materials (PM), and consumables receipts and issuances in the system timely.
• Receive raw materials from Warehouse and ensure quantity, integrity, and cleanliness of materials and pallets.
• Issue raw materials for Production based on Material Coordinator's instructions; accommodate urgent requests.
• Coordinate with Warehouse to ensure weekly production requirements are available; report shortages immediately.
• Assist in month-end physical inventory counts.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of Production Warehouse; comply with cGMP and SSOP standards.
• Complete Production Warehouse forms/records accurately and report any nonconformities.
• Maintain forklift in clean and working condition; report concerns promptly.
• Communicate relevant information to other departments to support production and operational needs.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least Highschool graduate | College graduate of any 4-year course
• At least 1 year warehouse experience (receiving, storing, issuing, documenting)
• Knowledge of GMP, ISO 9001, HACCP, Halal, SSOP, and 5S
• Trained in forklifts, pallet trucks, and material handling equipment
• Detail-oriented with strong time management and organizational skills
• Team player with ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• With Forklift NCII Certificate
