Job Description - Warehouse Operations Officer

Supervise and coordinate warehouse operations to ensure timely and efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of goods.
Manage and lead a team of warehouse associates, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies within the warehouse.
Oversee the accurate and efficient picking, packing, and shipping of products, ensuring all orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and ensure proper storage and handling of goods to avoid loss or damage.
Collaborate with other departments such as procurement, logistics, and customer service to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.
Maintain accurate records of warehouse activities, including stock movements, incoming and outgoing shipments, and returns.
Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues that may arise in the warehouse.
Prepare and analyze reports related to warehouse performance and make recommendations for improvements.
Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse efficiency and productivity.
Ensure compliance with all legal, health, and safety regulations.
