• Training and Development, Operational Excellence
• Manage and monitor overall KPI
• Conduct Weekly Huddle (ATI and DPPI)
• Productivity Report
• Process Improvement / Documentation
• Establish Key Deliverables (for each role)
• Manpower Planning
• Asset and Revenue Management
• Cost Control

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Management, or a related field. / Industrial Engineering
• Proven experience in operations management
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in using technology platforms and systems for operations management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php23,000.00 - Php36,000.00 per month
