Web Designer

Role:

• Develop and implement website layouts, templates, and designs using CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Wix, Squarespace).
• Customize CMS themes to align with branding guidelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to conceptualize and implement design ideas.
• Ensure designs are responsive and optimized for multiple devices.
• Upload, update, and format website content (text, images, videos) via the CMS.
• Maintain consistency in design and content across all website pages.
• Ensure SEO best practices are applied in content updates.
• Test website features for usability and functionality.
• Address website-related issues reported by users or stakeholders.
• Provide input to improve the websites performance and design based on analytics.

Requirements:

• High School diploma, general education degree or equivalent
• At least 2-3 years of Web Design experience
• Proficiency with CMS platforms like WordPress, Wix, or Squarespace.
• Strong eye for design, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Familiarity with basic SEO principles.
• Understanding of accessibility standards for web design.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Work Setup: Full Onsite during training, then will transition to hybrid 

Schedule: Mid-shift
