ABOUT THE ROLE

Do you thrive at the dynamic intersection of creativity and technology? We're seeking a highly motivated and versatile Web & Graphic Designer to join our team and ignite your diverse skillset across a range of exciting projects. In this dynamic role, you'll be the architect of inspiring online experiences, seamlessly bridging the gap between creative vision and technical execution.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Social Media:

• Create and implement creative social media content across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) for brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
• Develop and manage social media calendars and campaigns.
• Analyze social media performance and adapt strategies for continuous improvement.

Graphic Design:

• Design stunning visual assets for websites, social media, marketing materials, and other channels.
• Develop and maintain brand identity and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

Website Design & Development:

• Design engaging and user-friendly websites with a focus on user experience (UX) and conversion optimization.
• Implement website designs using popular CMS platforms like WordPress or Drupal.
• Maintain and update existing websites.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

General:

• Collaborate effectively with internal teams (marketing, IT, etc.) to achieve project goals.
• Stay up to date with the latest web design trends and technologies.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Communication, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in web design and social media marketing.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Passion for digital marketing and the latest web design trends.
