Job Description:

We are looking for an innovative and strategic Web3 Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth within the Web3 space by identifying new opportunities, forming strategic partnerships, and expanding our presence in the decentralized technology market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities in the Web3 ecosystem, including blockchain, decentralized applications (dApps), NFTs, and other emerging technologies.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential partners, clients, and key stakeholders within the industry.
• Create and execute comprehensive business development plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify potential business opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and legal, to ensure successful partnership integrations and project implementations.
• Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, contracts, and other business deals.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and business development activities.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements and trends in the Web3 and blockchain space.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships within the Web3, blockchain, or related technology sectors.
• Strong understanding of Web3 technologies, including blockchain, smart contracts, and decentralized applications.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Strategic thinking and a proactive, results-oriented approach.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
