Website Designer (with SEO) | Hybrid

Job Title: Web Designer (SEO) 

• Arrangement: Hybrid - 3 days Onsite, 2 days WFH


• Location: McKinley West, Taguig City


• Schedule: Morning Shift - 5:00am to 2:00pm

About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and results-driven SEO & Web Designer to join our digital team. In this hybrid role, you’ll be responsible for designing and optimizing websites with user experience and search engine visibility in mind. The ideal candidate understands how to create beautiful, functional websites and drive organic traffic through on-page SEO best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Web Design

• Design and maintain responsive, visually appealing, and user-friendly websites (desktop & mobile)
  


• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure brand consistency across web pages
  


• Build landing pages and microsites optimized for conversions
  


• Ensure websites are accessible, fast-loading, and aligned with UX/UI best practices
  


• Work with developers (or independently) to implement front-end changes in WordPress, Webflow, or similar CMS
  

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

• Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and technical audits
  


• Optimize website structure, metadata, headings, and on-page content for search
  


• Monitor and improve page rankings, site speed, mobile usability, and crawl health
  


• Analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs
  


• Collaborate with content writers to ensure SEO best practices are followed
  

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in web design and SEO, preferably in an in-house or agency setting
  


• Proficient in web design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, WordPress, Webflow, etc.
  


• Strong grasp of HTML/CSS (JavaScript a plus)
  


• Hands-on experience with SEO tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar
  


• Understanding of core SEO principles (indexing, crawling, keyword strategy, etc.)
  


• Portfolio of websites or landing pages you've designed and optimized
  


• Good eye for design and layout, and a results-driven mindset

Preferred Skills

• Experience with A/B testing tools (e.g., Google Optimize, Optimizely)
  


• Familiarity with schema markup and SEO for structured data
  


• Ability to interpret data and create reports on website/SEO performance
  


• Basic knowledge of CRO (conversion rate optimization)
