They are seeking an experienced AU Intermediate Accountant to join their team. To qualify for this role, a minimum of 3+ years of Australian Taxation experience in a Public Practice firm is required.

Job Summary:

As an Intermediate Accountant, you will be responsible for the delivery of high-quality, efficient, and accurate financial accounting, including the preparation, review and analysis of financial statements and taxation requirements.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

• Attend weekly company training and taxation training.
• Preparation of Budget and Cashflows.
• Knowledge of FBT, Small business Concessions, Non Commercial Loss Rules, Div7A etc.
• Knowledge of Xero, Quickbooks and MYOB.
• Preparation of monthly and quarterly business activity statements.
• Preparation of annual tax returns & financial accounts for SMSF.
• Preparation of annual tax returns & financial accounts for:
  • individuals
  • sole traders
  • partnerships
  • companies
  • trusts
