Job Title: Assistant Manager, Workforce/Team Lead, WFM

Work setup: Hybrid setup in MOA, Pasay

Shift Schedule: Night shift/shifting

Qualifications:

At least 2 years completed in college
2 to 3 years Assistant Manager/Lead Assistant Manager in WFM with 5 years total BPO experience
Knowledgeable of Erlang/OCC tools
Preferably with an Insurance campaign background
Preferred - Workforce tool ERLANG
