Key Responsibilities:Answer the Calls & Emails received from the customersMaintain a good relationship with the existing customersExplore more potential customersAssist with Sales Order creation in Business CentralManage our databases for direct marketing campaignsAnalyze data and produce reports on marketing performance to measure ROISupport managing our social media channelsManage merchandise and promotional items.Other Ad-hoc tasks/Other tasks that may assigned from time to timeSkills & Qualifications:Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or any related fieldAt least 1 years of proven work experience in the Sales Support function/Marketing, specifically developing marketing campaigns in a BPO Company or International companyPeople person: excellent verbal and written communication skillsAnalytical, detailed and multitaskingResults-oriented, organized team playerCan work individually and in minimal supervision
