Workforce Data Scientist

Job Summary:

• 2+ years of related experience
• Extract, cleanse, and validate people-related data from multiple sources
  
• Build and refine predictive models and advanced statistical analyses
  
• Identify and resolve data quality issues in collaboration with senior team members
• Support development of analytical solutions to address workforce and ministry challenges
  
• Communicate insights clearly using visuals and storytelling for diverse audiences
  
• Develop data visualizations to provide actionable workforce insights for leadership
  
• Stay updated on advanced analytics, machine learning, and healthcare industry trends

Shift: Night shift
Setup:

• Training: 3 months on‑site
• Work arrangement after training: Hybrid (3x per week return to office)
