Position Title: Workforce Planner
Work Set-up: Hybrid
Salary: Php 40,000.00 - Php 50,000.00
Schedule: Monday - Friday; 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM PHT

We are seeking a skilled Workforce Planner to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring optimal staffing and operational efficiency within our BPO operations. The Workforce Planner will be responsible for forecasting, capacity planning, and inventory management, aligning workforce strategies with business objectives.
Your Responsibilities as a Workforce Planner would be:
Forecasting:
• Develop and maintain forecasting tools to identify volume trends and patterns on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Analyze inbound and outbound volume data to produce accurate forecasts for upcoming periods.
Capacity Planning:
• Analyze volume trends and incremental growth to determine staffing and resource requirements.
• Coordinate with Operations, Buying, and Senior Leadership teams to align capacity with forecasted needs.
• Monitor staffing levels and adjust schedules to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
• Collaborate with team leads to ensure adherence to schedules and manage exceptions.
Inventory Management:
• Provide actionable directions to Sales Operations and Buying teams on inventory priorities.
• Generate daily reports highlighting items requiring urgent attention to prevent waste.
Reporting and Analysis:
• Prepare and present regular reports on workforce metrics
• Utilize workforce management tools to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Other tasks assigned by the Client or Senior Manager
Qualifications:
• 1-2 years of experience in workforce planning, forecasting, or a related role within a
BPO environment.
• Exposure to any workforce management tools and Microsoft Excel
• Experience with NetSuite, AWS or Power BI is a plus, but not required
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret volume data and trends.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing operational challenges.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
