About the Role

As a Workforce Rostering Associate, you will be responsible for scheduling staff shifts, managing timesheets, and supporting onboarding processes. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to perform administrative tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage staff shifts and bookings
• Review and approve employee timesheets
• Support staff onboarding and documentation
• Perform general administrative and coordination tasks

• 2 to 3 years of experience in the customer service industry
• Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail
• Proven experience in data entry and maintaining accurate records
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Confident and professional in handling both inbound and outbound calls
