RoleWorkplace Engineering Track Engineer. Responsibilities Ensure proper handover from project to BAU Suggests improvements in the design/process to ease workflows Oversee Day to Day Support of Workplace Virtualization Production Environment  Maintains High availability & Load balancing of all core, leveraged, dependant components Conducts validation testing in UAT and change management to production Performs any short term projects that relate to existing system expansion or enhancement Performance check & tuning the system components for optimized performance Establishes & documents procedures for environment health check, DR/BCP, session simulation drills  Escalates high severity issues & works along with consultants from service impact to improvement plans Submits Root cause analysis reports while working with vendor partner for bugfixes Keeps all confidential system credentials & data intact Technical Writing - troubleshooting guides & documentation on known errors for L2 support groups Develops automation capabilities wherever possible to reduce issues & complexity Creates daily/weekly/monthly reports on system statistics, capacity, usage, analytics & other metrics Ability to communicate complex technical contents plainly and simply Trainings on Workplace support workflows to L2 teams  The Role offers An opportunity to re-imagine & redefine technical support in a structured BAU framework of a large stack of technology products bundled under Workplace Virtualization (VDI) services Apply thought leadership and technology capabilities to add value to the business and operations High visibility, opportunity to interact with multiple groups within the organization, technology vendors and implementation partners Develop technical
