Workplace Manager

Own the space. Guard the culture. Keep the engine running.

 

What you'll do

Safety, Security & Business Continuity

  • Serve as the company’s designated Occupational Health and Safety Officer, ensuring compliance with local laws and internal policies.

  • Develop, enforce, and regularly update workplace safety protocols and emergency preparedness procedures.

  • Conduct routine inspections, risk assessments, and lead investigations for workplace incidents.

  • Own and execute the Business Continuity Plan (BCP), including cross-department coordination, employee training, and live scenario testing.

  • Lead emergency response initiatives, including evacuation drills and communications during crises.

Office Operations & Facilities Management

  • Ensure smooth operations of our physical offices—managing cleanliness, maintenance, and office systems across BGC and regional sites.

  • Oversee procurement, inventory, and availability of all office, pantry, and workstation supplies.

  • Maintain relationships with external vendors (e.g., maintenance, security, cleaning, utilities) and ensure service standards are met.

  • Own day-to-day operations of our 24x6 on-site clinic, including staffing and regulatory compliance.

Workstation & Equipment Management

  • Ensure that every new hire and existing employee has a fully equipped, clean, and ergonomic workstation.

  • Oversee equipment readiness, issue resolution, and collaboration with IT for seamless setup and support.

  • Manage the procurement, inventory, and lifecycle of workstation tools (chairs, monitors, peripherals, etc.).

Employee Engagement & Culture Activation

  • Plan and execute company-wide events, including the annual Summer Outing and Christmas Party—owning logistics, vendor negotiations, budgeting, and communications.

  • Launch initiatives that promote employee engagement, foster connection, and build community.

  • Oversee onboarding experience by managing welcome kits—ensuring timely availability, quality control, and brand alignment.

 

Qualifications

What we look for

  • Experience: At least 3–5 years in workplace operations, office management, or a similar facilities-focused role.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Hospitality, or Occupational Health & Safety.

  • BCP & Safety: Deep understanding of workplace safety protocols, regulatory compliance, and business continuity planning.

  • Organizational Mastery: Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management abilities.

  • People Skills: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service orientation.

  • Vendor & Budget Management: Comfortable managing budgets and negotiating service contracts.

  • Tools: Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

  • Mindset: Detail-obsessed, proactive, and solutions-oriented with a high sense of ownership.

Additional Information

🌟 Work setup: FULL ONSITE, Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday

Schedule: 8am to 5pm 

📍 Location: One World Place, 32nd Street, BGC, Taguig City

💼 Employment Type: Full-time + Permanent
