As Workplace Specialist, you will support the Workplace Administration Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of facilities, logistics, fleet, travel, and administrative support services across the ATG Makati and ACO Cebu offices and contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world. You will work closely with AP Human Resources to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  To help maintain safe, functional, and well-maintained workplaces be coordinating operational activities and overseeing the daily performance of third-party manpower and service providers.

To Succeed in this Role, we need someone who:

  Facilities and Office Administration (PMS tracking, repairs, safety, inventory)

  
  


• 
  

  Fleet Management (Service vehicles, registrations, driver routing, fuel card issuance and monitoring logs)

  
  


• 
  

  Travel Management (Coordination with the third party service provider and LOA issuance and monitoring

  
  


• 
  

  Contract Management & Administration (Monitoring 3rd-party agency SLAs & billings)

  
  


• 
  

  Exudes professional, confident, mature and self motivated style

  
  


• 
  

  Problem Solving & Attention to Detail (First-line QA/QC checks on facilities)

  Vendor and Service provider coordination

  
  

What You Will Need:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in any field with relevant experience in workplace administration, facilities, or administrative operations.


• 
  

  Professional: At least 3 years of progressive experience in Facilities Management, Fleet Operations, or Corporate Administration. Coordinating administrative operations, facilities services, fleet management, or third-party service providers
