• Handle the day-to-day operations of the coding and auditing services.
• Ensure team delivers 100% of projects within contracted turn-around-time.
• Ensure team meets accuracy metric as per client/AGS QIP matching with client SLA.
• Managing the team leaves withing allowed limit to meet daily deliverables.
• Identifying areas of improvement for training for a team/Individual based on error trend analysis.
• Effective planning in place to manage OJT Period within the specified period of time.
• Steer internal education programs to ensure coding team has required training to meet accuracy and turn-around-time metric.
• Adherence to the company’s Coding Compliance policy/plan internally and External (Clients).

• Graduate of BS Nusing or any Medical Allied Course
• Excellent in IP DRG Coding - Diagnosis, PCS Coding and DRG coding
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in coding role
• Minimum 1 year on the job role as Team Leader in similar work profile
• AHIMA or AAPC Certified
