Job Description - Zoho Specialist

You’ll be the go -to expert for managing, and optimising our Zoho ecosystem to support both
internal teams and client -facing operations. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the
business to understand workflows, customise Zoho applications, and build smart automations
that simplify processes and drive efficiency. From maintaining system integrity to developing
scalable solutions, your work will directly impact how smoothly our tribe and our clients operate
every day.


This is an office based role and we have offices in: 
Cebu City
Dumaguete

What You'll Do 
  • Administer, maintain, and continuously optimise the Zoho to support business operations & scalability
  • Manage and support Zoho applications including Zoho CRM, People, Recruit, and related tools
  • Analyse data within Zoho and external sources that support decision -making
  • Troubleshoot system issues and ensure timely resolution with minimal disruption to users
  • Collaborate with departments to understand operational needs and translate them into technical solutions
  • Provide ongoing end -user support, including system guidance, issue resolution, and user assistance
  • Maintain system documentation, processes, and user guides to support consistency and knowledge sharing
  • Deliver user training & onboarding to drive the effective use of Zoho systems
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all Zoho platforms


Requirements

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related course
  • Hands -on experience administering the Zoho One Suite, with strong expertise in advanced CRM configuration
  • Solid knowledge of Zoho applications including Zoho CRM, Zoho People, Zoho Survey, Zoho Sign, and related tools
  • Strong data analysis, including extracting insights within Zoho & from external data sources 
  • Proven problem -solving & the ability to diagnose system issues and implement effective solutions
  • Ability to work autonomously while also collaborating effectively within cross -functional teams
  • High attention to detail, with the capability to manage multiple projects
  • Deliver user training & onboarding to drive the effective use of Zoho systems
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience providing end -user support, system documentation, and training
