What is this role about?
The role is in charge of monitoring the company’s bank accounts, coordinating with other departments for unrecorded or unreconciled transactions in the system for both receipts and disbursement, preparing and analyzing the data obtained from the stations and other stakeholders to finalize the bank reconciliation.

What will YOU do?

• Record receipts and disbursement for retail stations' financial statement 
  
• Coordinate daily with other departments to ensure the completeness of recording of cash identification of unrecorded and unreconciled transactions
• Coordinate with banks for any bank errors or other transactions to identify the correct transactions and bank accounts
• Perform accounting adjustments related to cash account to validate the completeness of transactions in NetSuite
• Facilitate monthly bank reconciliation to fulfill the Management Report requirement
• Create reports and interpret receipts and disbursement recon 

What will YOU need?

• At least 1 year of relevant employment experience
• Preferably with background working in oil and gas, retail, or other related industries
• Accountancy graduate - CPA is an advantage
