An established Luxury Home Furnishings Manufacturing and Retail Company is now expanding and hiring an ACCOUNTING ASSOCIATE

Work Set-up: Full-time Office base (WFH is possible - for Manager approval)

Work Schedule: M-F regular working hours

Work Location: East Service Road, Bicutan, Paranaque City

JOB BRIEF:

• The Accounts Payable and Receivable Staff is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of the Company's invoices to include coding, processing and research
• He/she provides a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers.
• Will be responsible for maintaining receivable and payable transactions and working closely with the sales team to obtain accurate revenue invoices
• Work with the finance manager and Chief Operation Office to manage budget and cash flow related processes.

Requirement:

JOB QUALIFICATION:

. Degree in Accounting, Business Management or similar field

. At least 1-2 years of experience

. Proficiency in MS Office and Purchasing softwares

. Strong communication and negotiation skills

. Impeccable time management

. Strategic and analytical thinking
