Accounting Specialist

• Monitor and update status of Retail inventory units 
• Advise postings for validated New Contracted Created 
• Ensure complete copy of Contracts for new merchants (Request for Documentation, Rental Commencement Date, Contract of lease)

Billing and Collections 

• Review and sending of SOA to Merchant (emails and hardcopy) 
• Daily follow ups of collections and sending of collection notices or disconnection to Merchants with aged AR 
• Handling of merchant's queries 
• Ensure posting of confirmed collection from treasury (requirement prior sending of SOA) including monitoring of received BIR 2307 
• Reconciliation of SOA vs posted payments 
• Sending payment sched to Merchants for PDCs 
• To ensure collection efficiency target are met

Reporting and Monitoring 

• ÀR Collection efficiency report and Aging of AR 
• DOE review and reclass 
• Set-up of Investment in Building

Qualifications: 

• College graduate level – Accounting / Business Management and other related fields. 
• At least 2 years working experience in related field
