- Maintainreplenishment parameter loadsinSAP as directed
- Gatherandanalysestoreperformancewiththeviewofforwardstock requirements
- Understand and map individual store "DNA" to enhance the quality and quantity of stock that is allocated and managed by a single store
WorkplaceHealth& Safety
- Report using documented procedures, all work-related injuries and unsafe situations, including ‘near misses’toyourLineManager
- Abidebyallworkplacehealthandsafetypolicies& procedures
Stock Management
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of all data
- Adjust purchase orders and allocations in a timely manner
- Verify accountability on PO
- Ensure advertised stock is in required stores in time for promotion and any exclusions are advised to Buyer,Planner and BA's in a timely manner
- Review store inventory holding and action future allocations to improve the stock to sales ratio
- Manage in stock of product
Compliance - Ensure all compliance standards are met within the allocation role
- Maintain knowledge of ACCC procedures
- Participate in regular training and updates with the Compliance Manager
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws in all media/advertising
General
• Perform all other duties as assigned
Capability Profile
Formal Education
- Qualification in Business with a major in Accounting or Finance (desirable)
Skills and Knowledge
- Knowledge of the Planning process

- Operational expertise using a merchandise management system
Experience
- Previous allocation experience is an advantage
- Previous store retail experience to understand stock flow cycles and impacts
- Intermediate experience using Excel (essential)
- Proven experience analysing data and numbers
