Architect II (Night Shift)

Role description: This role is part of Arcadis' Global Excellence Centre (GEC) and will join our 3,000+ talented individuals working in India, Romania, and Philippines, in partnership with Arcadis' offices globally. The GEC brings key capabilities and capacity to support our clients seamlessly around the world. • Perform role in accordance with Arcadis behavioural framework
• Promote Arcadis Health and Safety Principles during the planning and delivery of work
• Achieves project objectives as defined for each project via project appraisals, including collection and analysis of data, development of design solutions, and development of written reports.
• Project Planning – act as a project resource, completing allocated activities to meet budget, timeframe, and quality objectives and meeting or exceeding client expectations
• Project Delivery – identify information sources and collect data to support project delivery. Analyse data and develop design solutions.
• Project Development – contribute to and progress the development of ideas and offer alternative solutions to advance the project
• Quality – review work carried out by colleagues to ensure that itmeets specified standards
• Networking/ Client Focus – liaise with PM/TL and client toensure effective communication on project matters

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent
• Preferably achieved Licensed status or equivalent
• Competent in design and planning skills relevant to the area of work and awareness of related disciplines
• Experience working on Mercantile, Retail, Commercial, and Mixed-Use projects
• At least 5 years of architectural design experience with strong retail/ commercial design capability
• Permanent graveyard shift (following Philippine holidays)
