Job Description - Area Retail Sales Coordinator

  • Hiring and training sales staff and ensuring staff meets their quotas and goals.
  • Ensuring sales staff are following and complying with rules and regulations and policies of the company.
  • Taking orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
  • Monitoring and creating sales, inventory, bad orders report and the likes in a timely manner.
Requirement and Qualification:
  • 1 or more years experience in sales.
  • Experience as a sales coordinator or in administration may be advantageous.
  • Good team development and leadership skills.
  • Computer literate
  • Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication, sales, and customer service skills.
  • The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
  • Current knowledge of industry trends and regulations.
