WE ARE HIRING AREA/FIELD SALES ASSOCIATE SALARY Basic 20,000 allowance 5,000 commission (depend on how you will work on the sales) Duties And Responsibilities Generate Leads Planning and developing of sales strategies in their area of responsibility. Manage, monitor and ensure success of the Area's performance. Conducts and submits field report evaluation and validation Conduct Business Review with the distributor. Sales/revenue target management Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic qualification in Marketing / Business Management.
• With at least 2 years Sales experience in the fields of Retail, Sales and Distribution
• Well-connected with local business partners to build up distribution channel systems
• At least 2 years of working experience in a similar field is preferred
• Planning and developing of sales strategies in their area of responsibility.
• Manage, monitor and ensure success of the Area's performance.
• Conducts and submits field report evaluation
• Motorcycle is a MUST
