Bachelor's degree in the field of Social Sciences such as Psychology and Sociology. At least two years of solid work experience in Recruitment on the Restaurant and/or Retail Industry. Knowledge in Recruitment strategy. Can do leg work. Can source in various channels. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint). Computer and Internet savvy. Generalist experience is an advantage.
A Corporate Assistant's responsibilities include managing calendars, making travel arrangements, and monitoring aging contracts. He/she will be the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners. A Corporate Assistant is expected to maintain the utmost confidentiality in the safekeeping of information, documents, concept, data, and programs whether written or verbal intangible form which the company may disclose to him/her.
Proven work experience as a Junior Graphic Designer. Portfolio of completed design projects. Proficient with Adobe design editing software including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts, and layouts. Attention to visual details and data accuracy. Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team. Must have very good oral and written communication skills. Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or equivalent in-depth experiences.
Graduate of BS Food Technology or equivalent. With at least 4-5years experience as Quality assurance/Quality control from a Food Manufacturing Company. Knowledgeable in Food safety, GMP and HACCP, QA/QC laboratory techniques, food and non-food analysis in food industry. Preferably with experience in meat processing, sauces, process food and can assist research development team. Can work with minimal supervision.
The AP Analyst is responsible for recording, summarizing and analyzing accounts payable in accordance with company policies and standards.
Overall in-charge of the day-to-day activities on the branch assignment. Accountable in providing excellent service to the costumers while maintaining that the restaurant run efficiently. Responsible in personnel supervision; compliance to the standards of health and safety requirements of the local government; and ensure that weekly/monthly profit target are achieved.
Undergoes training for Supervisory or Managerial roles while assisting the branch in day-to-day operation giving excellent Tapa King Service to customers.
Responsible in preparations, seasoning and frying of Tapa King dishes while understanding and following recipes and procedures.
Provides excellent customer service while assisting them with their purchase and providing recommendations to reach target sales. Responsible for all payments done to the branch that may include safekeeping of funds before depositing/turn-over to designated personnel.
