Branch Head - Multiple Locations

Locations: Multiple Locations Corporate Title: Store Manager Rank: M to AVP Work Arrangement: Onsite Our Retail Banking Group is looking for experienced professionals to join us in different locations nationwide as Store/Branch Managers. As a Store Manager, you'll lead the way, turning your branch into a hub of growth, new ideas, and strong customer bonds. You'll do more than manage you'll make the branch a standout for success and happy customers by selling great products, building relationships, and helping your team grow. What the role will entail

• Responsible for making the branch the main distribution channel of the bank by selling its products and services.
• Grow and deepen relationships with existing clients by offering other products and services suitable to them.

Implement marketing programs/strategies that would promote products, increase new bank customers, and maximize existing customer's share of wallet.

• Mentor and coach the branch sales team, Business Development Sales Officers (BDSO), Relationship Officers (RO), Sales Associates, and New Accounts
• Approve transactions and oversee the performance of service in the branch that would impact customer satisfaction and relationships.
• Perform compliance/governance and risk management requirements based on the policies and framework set by the bank.
• Perform customer service standards by applying the right attitude and skills using the Service Pillars and Service Standards.

What were looking for

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably a business course
• Equivalent experience in the banking industry is required.
• Strong leadership skills and a track record of effectively managing a sales team.
• In-depth knowledge of banking products, services, and industry regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining customer relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets

Key Qualifications:

• Must have at least 2 years of Branch Head experience in sales
• Must have exposure to branch banking sales.
• Must be handling a portfolio for the specified vacant stores or with a branch target for CASA and other branch banking products.
• Previous banks must be Universal Banks Only
