Management - Area/Multi-site (Retail & Consumer Products)
The BCO Manager will oversee on-site and off-site operations, leading the team to deliver excellent customer service for customer retention, acquisition, and overall sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies
- Ensure workflow across locations meets BCO standards
- Collaborate on audits and timely document submission
- Approve supplies requisition within budget
- Analyze statistics for financial performance and improvements
Customer Management
- Build relationships and enhance customer satisfaction
- Resolve escalated inquiries to meet business objectives
Self and Team Development
- Monitor team development and enforce policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree preferably business-related course
- At least 5 years solid work experience as a Customer Service Manager or a similar role
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
