Business Center Operations Supervisor | Mandaue, Cebu
Management - Area/Multi-site (Retail & Consumer Products)
Responsible for day-to-day supervision of the BCO Assistants and will play a collaborative role with BCO Manager in building a strong team leading them to deliver exceptional customer service and work efficiently to achieve set business goals.
- Drive sales and attain targets through deployment of strategies based on identified challenges
- Oversee and assess day to day counter operations both onsite and offsite locations
- Guide BCO Assistants to manage customer inquiries, long queues and resolve complaints from irate customers
- Reconcile payment discrepancies such as returns, refunds, adjustments, and voids in finalizing reports Maintain documentation pertaining to daily operational activities
- Validate cash replenishment requests and monitor counter supplies and products inventory level
- Train BCO Assistants in accordance with BCO process and policies
Key Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree Graduate preferably business-related course
- At least 2 years of experience as a supervisor in a customer service industry
- Willing to be assigned in SM Store Naga
