Job Description - Business Development Officer

Candidate Profile As a Business Development Officer, you must exhibit positivity and enthusiasm in building customer rapport and public relations. Attentive and detailed-oriented in identifying market intelligence and business growth opportunities. Inquisitive and result driven in achieving revenue targets and market share. Job Overview This is an independent and collaborative role which allows you to be working closely with customer success and marketing team to enable your ideas in achieving best brand recognition, highest net promoter score rating, and increased market acquisition. Job Objectives
  • To generate strategic leads, increase partner acquisitions, and hit revenue targets.
  • To find ways to grow business while retaining customers long term.
  • To increase inquiry conversion and accelerate market growth.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Drafting and timely submission of service proposals and reports.
  • Regular cold calls, client visits, and field work.
  • Aggressive market research and analytics in identifying new markets, trends, and customer insights.
  • Maintain real time customer feedback loop with service delivery team.
  • Develop strategic partnerships and nurture client engagements.
Job Specifications
  • Graduate of any 4 year Business Course.
  • At least 2 years working experience in account management or retail banking.
  • Knowledgeable in analytics, sourcing techniques, and lead generation tactics.
  • Presentable and has strong public relation speaking ability.
  • Worked as a Financial Adviser or Banking Relationship Manager is an advantaged.
