Purpose of the role

You will be working on part of our software solution ‘InTouch’, ‘Inspire’ is a bespoke content portal that allows clients to browse new ideas and innovations, read articles on industry trends, etc. Content designed to keep our clients and teams informed and inspire fresh thinking.

We need a Ai savvy content creator who can support our teams on ‘Inspire’ by using Ai and other tools to:

• Source and outline content ideas (e.g. ‘trends in in-store marketing’, ‘sustainability and in-store marketing’, etc.)
• Research and write articles on agree topics
• Write client case studies and updates using content provided by the Indicia client service teams
• Source / create visuals to accompany articles
• Post content on the ‘Inspire’ platform

Your responsibilities include:

• Research and write ‘evergreen’ articles on key, pre-agreed, topics: e.g. sustainability, Ai, retail trends, etc.
• Write client specific content using content provided by the Indicia client service teams
• Source visuals to accompany the above
• Manage internal approvals with Indicia client management teams
• Post on the ‘Inspire’ platform

For this trial period, we’ll focus on two clients: Friesland Campina and Danone, with the goal of developing:

• A monthly ‘client roundup’ that summarises highlights from the month
• 3-4 client-specific pieces per month
• 3-4 monthly evergreen pieces

Skills, knowledge, experience and exposure

• Highly proficient with Ai and other content tools.
• An excellent writer, who can curate, well structured, short and long-format English language content in a journalist or business tone of voice.
• Resourceful and creative in researching topics, which will cover a wide range of topics from sustainably to Ai, retail marketing, print production, and the diverse categories our clients operate in (e.g. beauty care, personal care, confectionary, dairy, etc.).
• Flexible and collaborative and can work effectively with our client service teams and subject matter experts on content ideas and execution.

Role Requirements

This is under freelance engagement, but possibly a full-time role later on.
