We are seeking a passionate and experienced Cosmetics Retail Education Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cosmetics retail operations and a strong background in education and training. As the Cosmetics Retail Education Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing education programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our retail staff. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our team members deliver exceptional customer service and represent our brand effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive education and training programs for retail staff, covering product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service, and brand values.
• Design engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, videos, and hands-on activities, to facilitate learning and skill development.
• Conduct regular training sessions and workshops for retail staff, both in-person and virtually, to ensure consistent and high-quality customer experiences across all stores.
• Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to stay updated on new product launches, promotions, and marketing campaigns, and incorporate relevant information into training materials.
• Assess the effectiveness of education programs through feedback, evaluations, and performance metrics, and make adjustments as needed to optimize learning outcomes.
• Provide ongoing support and coaching to retail staff, offering guidance and feedback to help them improve their performance and achieve their goals.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in cosmetics retail and education, and share insights with the team to drive continuous improvement.
• Act as a brand ambassador and advocate for our products and values, inspiring passion and enthusiasm among retail staff.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cosmetics retail, with a focus on education and training.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing effective education programs for retail staff, resulting in improved performance and customer satisfaction.
• Strong knowledge of cosmetics products, brands, and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire audiences of varying backgrounds and experience levels.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for developing innovative training solutions.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
