The main function of the Data Analyst Assistant is to assist the Procurement Dept., F&B, and Executive Consultant to conduct cost analysis, create cost reports and cost comparisons, and maintain the cost system and cost control. The position reports directly to the Founder/Executive Consultant of the Company and will be working closely with the Procurement Manager. This position cooperates with the other departments as may be required from time to time and as may be necessary to execute your responsibilities in a timely and sufficient manner. Furthermore, this position is expected to observe the policies and procedures, security measures, and work guidelines, as well as lawful directions given by TSI’s management and persons in authority.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Preferably worked in the Retail and F&B industry
• Experience of 3 years or more in a similar responsibility
• Fluent in English with decent to above-average verbal and writing skills
• G-suite and MS Office Proficient (Advance MS Excel)
• Time management and ability to multi-task
