Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and analytical Demand Planner to join our team and play a key role in our inventory management process. As a Demand Planner, you will be responsible for forecasting stock demand, optimizing inventory levels, and ensuring product availability to meet customer needs. Responsibilities:
- Utilize historical sales data, market trends, and other relevant factors to develop accurate demand forecasts for assigned product categories.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to gather input and insights for forecasting purposes.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and demand patterns to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain inventory replenishment strategies to optimize stock levels while minimizing excess inventory and stockouts.
- Generate regular reports and analysis to track forecast accuracy, inventory performance, and key metrics.
- Continuously improve forecasting models, methodologies, and processes to enhance forecast accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and goods to support production and fulfillment requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies related to demand planning and inventory management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Statistics, or related field.
- Proven experience in demand planning, inventory management, or supply chain analytics, preferably in a retail or manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and statistical forecasting techniques.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with ERP systems and knowledge of demand planning best practices is a plus.
Starting Salary: Php 30,000 - Php 40,000
