Department Head

• With at least 2 years relevant work experience in store management and operations from retail or food establishments
• Has strong leadership skills, result-oriented and customer focus
• Has people management and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
• Responsible for category profitability through category building and management of day to day selling operations
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of all promotion
• Ensure 100% inventory accuracy of category assignment Supervise and monitor team performance
• Location: Concepcion, Tarlac
