Job Description - Eastwood, QC - Associate Head Quality- BPO

Quality Assurance & Control (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)

  • Developing and implementing the Quality department’s strategies to ensure it meets the business requirements and customer deliverables, as well as ensuring the departmental performance against the goals of the organization
  • Analyze current situation (As-is), identify improvement opportunities and recommend measures (To-be) to re-engineer processes
  • Act as a Change Agent and work closely with Operations to optimize Customer Value in multiple client engagements
  • Should liaise with the Process Heads / Client to Identify Opportunity Areas & Prepare and Implement Improvements
  • Design and implement KPI measures, measurement systems and visual tracking controls/dashboards to manage process performance for sustainability and continuous improvement
  • Ensuring Internal and External Quality metrics are being met
  • Problem solving and developing innovative solution
  • Implement best practices in end-to-end Quality process
  • Assisting Special Projects and performing other duties
  • Implement and drive Corporate Quality initiatives
  • Driving ROI / Value Added approach
  • Internal audits and compliance
  • Driving process and continuous improvements within Quality to improve performance
  • Provide training and development within the Quality Team
  • Client and Stakeholder management
  • Other duties, responsibilities and projects assigned

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, any field.
  • Strong engagement, communication, presentation and inter-personal skills
  • Should have good documentation skills –Word, Excel, Power Point & Visio
  • Strong stakeholder and client management skills
  • Knowledge/Certification of Lean / Six Sigma will be an added advantage
  • At least 10 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Extensive Telco, Retail, Financial, Healthcare and Tech background preferred
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Eastwood City Libis, Quezon City.
  • Preferably Associate Directors/Directors
  • Preferably Six Sigma Green Belt Certified
