Job Description - Email Marketing Specialist

Marketing Communications (Marketing & Communications)

Awesome CX by Transcom is looking for talented individuals like you to join our awesome team! Be a Customer Lifecycle Marketing Associate for our Awesome CX by Transcom Davao site. This position, reports to our Director and constantly communicates with the Creative and Customer Experience teams. The role carries significant responsibility as the customer and subscriber experience gatekeeper.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategies from planning to deployment.
  • Lead efforts in generating leads, growing subscribers, and retaining them through advanced segmentation.
  • Test campaigns for optimization and document program progress.
  • Email & SMS Performance Reporting
  • Analyze data for improvement opportunities and offer recommendations for goal achievement
  • Monitor campaign delivery, IP health, and subscriber data cleanliness
  • Cross-functional collaboration & execution
  • Collaborate on emails for better user experience.
  • Coordinate content and design feedback.
  • Improve shopping experience and tech integration collaboratively.

What we are looking for:

To be successful in this role you must be/have..

  • at least 1 year of work experience leading an Email Marketing program for a retail or e-commerce business
  • Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Experience working with major ESP and CRM tools
  • Experience working with an Engineering team on custom integrations
  • BS/BA degree or relevant work experience

Preferable but not required:

  • Knowledge and experience developing HTML/CSS
  • Knowledge of and experience building for JSON files and payloads
  • Experience with SMS, Direct Mail, Referral and Loyalty programs, or Subscription
  • business models
  • Knowledge and experience with Iterable, Segment, Metabase
  • Experience with highly-considered, large ticket purchases/categories
