The Events Manager is responsible for conceptualizing, implementing and managing employee event, rewards and recognition and engagement activities in Supply Chain (Calamba) and ROHQ (Taguig). The role involves working with the function representatives and external vendors, requiring travel and in-person visibility between sites.

Leads, coordinates with, and implements concept events and major events in partnership with Team EnCORE, event committee, HR, Purchasing and external vendors.
Generates plans and develops creative content for activities and events, coordinating all necessary elements, i.e., design, promotion, theme, décor, registration, program.
Maintains data entry for the events management system (A-TEAMS).
Formulates strategies to increase event participation, improving the comprehensive engagement of the organization.
Monitors and controls campaigns in multimedia channels, particularly for the site’s social media, digital and physical signages.
Maintains the documentation and accounts of events and repository of multimedia content, i.e., photos, videos.
Gathers, documents, and analyzes metrics (omni-channel analytics and content performance) to understand the effectiveness of internal communication programs, and their contribution to employee productivity and business success.
Maintains the budget associated with relevant activities ensuring alignment with AOP/Finance.
Liaises with cross-functional and auxiliary teams (IT, facilities, security, and services) and ensures completeness of the particulars of event/project management to ensure events comply with insurance, legal, health, and safety obligations.
Performs initiatives and any ad-hoc assignments whenever requested.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in organizational communications or marketing-related discipline
A team player with highly developed interpersonal, outstanding attention to detail, and excellent verbal/written communications skills.
In-depth knowledge of the concept of engagement and effective strategies.
At least 7 years of proven experience in successfully organizing, implementing, and evaluating the performance of large-scale events that provide recognition, enjoyment, and participation of employees.
Able to develop action plans and drive results based on data and insights to increase employee satisfaction.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Intermediate/advanced knowledge and practical application of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Premiere (a plus if have relevant experience in Lightroom and InDesign), skilled in photo and video editing.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with demanding deadlines with minimal supervision.
Open to travel across sites (to and from Calamba to Taguig)
