Job Description - Executive Sales Support Manager

Looking for Filipino (Philippines-based) candidates
Position: Executive Sales Support Manager
Work hours: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm London Time
Compensation range: US$1,250 - US$1,500/month

Our client, a prominent venture-backed, retail/e-commerce company based in the UK, is on a mission to make the bathroom a more stylish and sustainable place. They’re shaking up the throwaway culture of bathroom products with stylish, natural, and sustainable products that are delivered directly to consumers and delighting their ever-growing customer base along the way. 

About the role
As an Executive and Sales Support Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the executive team and marketing department, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service. From managing calendars to coordinating meetings, your organisational prowess will keep everything running seamlessly. You'll also provide vital sales/marketing support, assisting with influencer communication and relationship management, contributing to the overall success of the team. 

Responsibilities:

  • Handle influencer communication on multiple email inboxes, responding to inquiries, drafting, prioritising & sorting emails
  • Assist in data entry, record-keeping, and file management
  • Process invoices, ensuring they are sent to the accounting team and matched to internal records
  • Handle products sent out to influencers and respond to queries on the status of shipments
  • Assist in the analysis of influencer marketing campaigns, including tracking of performance data
  • Manage and maintain calendars, appointments, and schedules for team members
  • Prepare and organise documents, reports, and presentations
  • Perform research to gather data and information as needed
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and bookings when necessary
  • Conduct general administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitors
  • Help maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and proposals
  • Handle administrative aspects of the sales process to facilitate smooth transactions

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of eCommerce experience
  • At least 2 years sales/marketing and administration experience
  • At least 5 years of professional work experience
  • Strong proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with influencer relationship and marketing
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Self-motivated with a proactive mindset
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • High level of integrity and professionalism
  • Familiarity with the German language is a plus
